Looks like the value of my old car has just significantly increased with the announcement of the £2000 Scrap allowance for old cars in the budget. It will be interesting to see what limitation there will be when it comes to taking this up. Guess we will have to wait and see but i will be keeping a close eye on this as it could be an interesting opputunity for those of us who were already considering a new car.
